Ten activities that help me calm down. ( I’m assuming these are besides self harm)
1. Singing covers of songs where there are loud notes
2. Helping other people with their problems to distract me
3. Writing about the emotion I’m feeling in excruciating detail
4. Walking around outside
5. Biking around outside
6. Having tickle fights with my sister
7. Stalking my favorite friends tumblrs
8. Texting people I like and that don’t suck at talking
9. Sleeping
10. Drawing on the whiteboard I have painted onto my wall.
